This exercise was precise torture on the legs (and mind with the 4:45 am alarm clock ha). We began by operating 7.5 miles up American Fork Canyon. This canyon is past attractive and it was so enjoyable to run in numerous space than regular.

We did a 7-mile tempo with 4 of the miles screaming downhill (5:56, 5:54, 5:56, 6:07) adopted by 3 miles flat (6:18, 6:28, 6:20). Thursday: 8.5 miles on trails @ 9:30 common tempo.
Friday: 10 miles w/5 of these miles @ 6:46 tempo.
Saturday: 18 miles complete @ 7:14 common. 7.5 up the canyon, 3.5 miles straightforward down, 7 miles quick (6:07 common) with 4 downhill within the canyon and three flat.
Now for the precise smartest thing I may ever share… MY NIECE! She is happening a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to BULGARIA AND GREECE! She is going to study Bulgarian (and a few Greek!), and I’m so past jealous she’s going to get to spend 1.5 years there. I’m not okay along with her leaving me however I assume we should go go to her! Discovering aircraft tickets now…
